YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!! Bring your Family and Friends to our UFF Fun Day event July 18th from 8am to 11am. We are having a burpee, pull up and plank challenge. We will be giving away cool prizes donated by our local community businesses. Come get a free “boot camp” workout and stay for the awesome fun, food and prizes!
