Fit Beyond Fifty At-Home Workouts

Here are our Fit Beyond Fifty weekly at-home workouts. There will be an Upper Body, Lower Body, & Total Body workout as well as a Warm-up & Cool Down video and a 30 minute Yoga session. Remember, now more than ever it is very important to keep up with our health and physical fitness. We suggest you do 1 workout every other day and add the yoga session in when you want.
